Cyan Stats (this website and its subdomains), identified in this document as SERVICE, is owned and operated by Rogério Taques through his sole proprietorship Abtz Labs, both identified in this document as OWNER.

This document addresses your relationship with the SERVICE and the OWNER, described as the Terms of Use of the SERVICE, hereinafter identified in this document as TERMS.

1. ACCEPTING THE TERMS

By registering for and/or using the SERVICE, you agree to the TERMS and all its operational rules and processes, published and updated on this page.

2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The OWNER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any clause of the TERMS, or to alter, suspend, or discontinue the SERVICE at any time, by posting a notice on their X account, sending you a notification within the SERVICE, or via email.

It is your responsibility to check the TERMS periodically for possible changes.

3. REGISTRATION

All features of the SERVICE are available only to registered users.

To access the SERVICE, you must create an account. In both cases, a valid email address must be provided, which, in turn, cannot have duplicates on the platform. In other words, the same email address cannot have access to two different accounts.

You are solely responsible for updating and maintaining the email address you provide and that is associated with your account.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for helping to keep your account secure by not sharing your credentials with others and avoiding accessing the SERVICE on shared equipment.

You must notify the SERVICE immediately of any security breach or other unauthorized use of your account. You must never publish, distribute, or post login information for your account.

5. TERMINATION

The OWNER may terminate your access to all or any part of the SERVICE at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, with immediate effect, which may result in the loss and destruction of all information associated with your account.

All provisions of the TERMS which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY ANY COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

THE SERVICE, THE OWNER, AND ITS COLLABORATORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

(I) THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION;

(II) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED;

(III) ANY CONTENT OR SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR

(IV) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
